Yes and yes. IT will stop us from doing it because we know we will be caught. And yes it is another way for the government to make more money. Yet, when we speed, accidents happen and people can die.

I think that it is a good idea because then they can not say that they where never speeding in the first place. The other reason is so that the cops can stay where they need to be. fighting crime.
