I was busy checking my mails on yahoo. It's where my personal mails go and my online job related mails go. so I checked on it every now and then. Aside from spam messages I am pretty bothered by these chain messages. I just don't like and even hate it. Most often it uses the name of GOD to scare people? That something bad will happen if you don't forward it to others. And setting some requirements like, forward in the next couple of minutes and a certain number of recipients. Sometimes, it's just so no brainer of a message but it still spread out because of the threat. Well, sorry to them, i don't believe in any of those mails or messages. Only GOD knows what will happen to our life. No one else. And it shouldn't be limited to any chain message or predicted by some silly chain messages. If they want to spread the good news. It's fine with me, but to compel someone to spread it through a threat? It's just not good to do. The end does not justify the means. Any view on this mylotters?

Same here, i always receive chain letters through my email-box. I always delete them off right away. I don't believe in the power of chain letter because it sounds more like a threat. By the way, i think no one able to know what God have in store for each and everyone of us.

True myfb. No one will ever be able to tell us what's gonna happen in the future. God has a lot in store for us to enjoy. Not be threatened and suffer.

I often receive chain letters too. I delete them outright. I don't even read them. Seeing the many recipients would already give me the message that it's one of those chain letters. I am with you on this too. They keep on mentioning God just to get the recipient forward it. What is that? Blackmail? Delete. . .delete .

Yeah, the best thing to do is delete. I've cleaned up my mails just recently. And I might do another clean up just to get rid of those chain messages crap. Thanks for casting your vote on anti-chain messages here. See ya. God bless.

chuyins123, Like you I simply hate these chain mails which are really both annoying and a waste of time. I feel that it is in each one of us to take the courage and responsibility to quash these emails when it reaches our inbox. Honestly, I just cannot be bothered about the various who(s) in the mail that did not bothered to continue the chain and suffer the various consequences. As for me, I would simply delete them without reading more than the 2nd sentence as the ends just doesn't justify the means.

I'm with you my friend. That's why I never forwarded any of this messages. Text messages have the same before and I have never forwarded any single message about that. So I thought to myself that maybe it was started by the phone company so that they'll earn more money. I can't believe that people nowadays still believe in those crap!

Yes, it often piss me off to receive those crap. Back in the era where I am so addicted to sms. I even told several people (they're actually my friends) that I don't want to receive those kind of messages. But now, I don't care anymore, I just ignore it totally, simply deleting it, upon reading the message. I hope that crap will stop. Because at times, it makes me mad.

I am not totally against with Chain Messages some chain messages has importance too you know. Just like a chain message I receive recently. About a mother who are asking for help for his son who is suffering with unusual illness. I think the mother only way for him to attract good amount of money is via the friends of friends of friends of friends. I hope you know what I am saying. So not all chain messages are bad. I hope you prioritize those people who are asking for help. Try to put yourself on their shoe and you can feel the burden of the mother.
