I always receive notification of job fairs online. . . but I wonder if I would really land a job going to such invitations.
I have this thinking because every time I apply for a job somewhere else,
I am discriminated because of my age!
I am in my mid 40's and as if they do not want to invest to someone with that age
. . . How about you, do you participate in job fairs! ! !

Hello Irene. You are in your mid 40's ! That means you have many years to look forward to. And, companies know from your age that you are an experienced person. It's just a matter of finding the right company, and job fairs are good places for that. Good luck to you !
