I think something's wrong

I have german shepherd and she recently just had her 4th litter and this time I think something went wrong. She is 7 yrs old. A day or two before she had the puppies it seemed like she was already trying to push them out. And then the day before she had the litter she had a dark green discharge. I read about it online and most of the answers I found said it could be a serious problem. But it was so late and we couldn't make it to the vet. So the next morning she had them. Only two and they both died. She was acting like she had more to be delivered but they never came. Now days have passed and she seems to be going blind in one eye. What could have been the cause of this. Could there have been a dead puppy inside and now she is slowly dying or what. We talked to the vet but no word yet. What could be wrong with her.
