I think that everyone has talent of some kind. Something we do better than others. Genius is when we do something outstanding that no one else can do. Genius sort of hits that target no one else can hit. The talent is more of a different normal thing each person does well. Outstanding and more normal.

In the world of professionals, in the narrow circle of those noble and very good at what they do exist, however, two sides. Some very talented people who have not needed too much hard work to get what they are. They are elected, geniuses. Others are workers and perseverance and have built their careers on the efforts of real and deep. They are the ones who made sacrifices to achieve their goals, they laid brick by brick to strengthen their grace, more fragile than that of the first, they are those who have achieved miraculous victories by the formula 1% inspiration, 99% sweat. Between the two teams there, always a sort of competition. And the wave of contempt mixed, paradoxically, the requirement of respect, sits between the two categories a willow condescension. The very talented, bright people who were always ahead of the others without effort, they feel entitled to look up. Because they felt always chosen because they have always done everything easier and faster than others. The very workers, in turn, feel superior by meticulously, by perseverance, by further studies. Although not easy ones first, their works are often more durable and stronger.
