Let me tell you the authenticity of Shah jahan's love for his so called "beloved" wife Mumtaz mahal, in whose remembrance the TAJMAHAL (India) is said to be erected-
1) Mumtaz was Shah jahan's 4th wife. In total he married 7 times. So he went for 3 more marriages after the death of Mumtaz Mahal.
2) Shah jahan killed Mumtaz's husband to marry her.
3) Mumtaz died delivering her 14th child.
4)After her death Shah Jahan married her sister.
These are less known facts. and people through out the world still think that TAJMAHAL is the symbol of love.......
My question is where is love? Mumtaz meant only a women in whom he could discharge his hormones. He was sick and so are the people who call TAJMAHAL a symbol of love even after knowing these facts.

According to the legend, Taj Mahal was built by the Indian king to profess his love for his wife, it is one of the most expensive palace that had built in the history of India at that time for her to stay instead of just another place. I am surprised it is built as remembrance for his deceased wife and with the purpose of keeping her in his memory with such a palatial building.
