Watch extra degree that the issue of "Maintenance of fraud in fathers' treatment.
So for single mothers is clear that the father must pay maintenance. Even if he did not see the child.
How is it vice versa? Can a father claim maintenance if the child is brought up alone by the father and the mother has a new family?

But of course!
That alone has to do with the fact that men and women have equal rights. Since there is theoretically no exceptions. In practice, the single-parent fathers, however, should represent a minority, because many dishes rather leave the children with the woman.

As it is, of course, too.
Only in case of dispute the mother always gets custody? This is according to German law still so (because of equal rights)
In addition, there are still mostly men who go to work while the wife stays at home.
Therefore, these cases come before a lone father is very very rare and are therefore not addressed
