How To Lighten Stetchmarks?

I have stretchmarks in my inner thighs that I didn't know how to get rid of. They have been there for years.
Lately though, I noticed that they are lightening due to the running I've been doing in the gym. Somehow, I think my skin's been toning up that the stretch marks are getting lighter and lighter every day. At least that's another benefit I seem to get from running.
I don't know what other remedies there are out there regarding stretchmarks. If you know something or whatever regimen you know, please do share.
Thanks!

It is a good thing that the toning is doing its work on your stretchmarks. I have learned from my seminar being member of this health and beauty products (the speaker was a German doctor) that there is no cure for stretchmarks. Hence it can be lightened by special moisturizing creams. Because if it is well hydrated it becomes less noticeable.

What creams would you suggest, my friend? I'd like to try them if it's readily available in the market.

Hey beingwell..
I found and use two products for reducing the appearance of stretchmarks and scars..
BIO OIL ...Is a oil that you apply, and you notice results after about a month..
and
OZONE AYURVEDICS NO MARKS.. this is a cream, and works wonders..I noticed a difference within the first week...
Asides from these and exercise and a balanced diet.. I suppose there isnt much else you can do, and if there is Id love to know too..(",)

Vitamin E works really well for all kinds of scarring including stretch marks. Just put some vitamin e cream on it whenever you get out of the shower & this will help reduce & fade away your stretch marks.

No particular brand...as long as it has vitamin e in it...pure vitamin e works best too.

Thanks for the tip moonchild. And yes, any brand you have in mind? I'd like to try it on my thighs. Well, just to see if I can have my stretch lines really fade away.

Hi moonchild. Have you tried using vit e.? I have also a scar and I've been buying different scars removers but I guess it's not effective. Do you using think vit e will help to remove old scars? I want to buy dermatrix have you heard about that, but it's so expensive I don't want to waste money.

I use body lotion every time, after bathing. Would you know which lotion your friend used?
I'm using Nivea Firming Lotion for months now. I didn't see any visible effects from it. Well, until recently that I increased my running time that I noticed my stretchmarks lighten...

I think exercising in the gym might help you to lighten your stretch marks. Hopefully, it will fade away with the passage of time and moreover, the marks are invisible as these are on your inner thighs, there should not be much cause of worry.

Hi deepak! Nope, I'm not worried at all. I'm just curious what are the products available in the market that can help lighten or even "erase" our stretchmarks. Just a case of curiosity, that's all. hihihi..
