To sell a second hand car I bought back to the dealer

I bought a car in February 2006 and to date I have had problems eversince. The first night I got it home, the window would not wind up (electric). Only through persistence and perseverance have just decided to fix it. Also one of my main pre-requisites for purchasing a vehicle from this place was that the car had air-con. Nobody buys a car in Sydney without aircon. I have taken the car in four times to have this fixed to date and it has just packed up again. The aircon always blows out a revolting smell through the vents. I paid $6990.00 for the vehicle and I have just had enough. All I want to do is sell the car back to dealer and pay off my loan. What do you think?

You sound like you have the exact same situation I have, except my car is beginning to get better and I think I'm going to keep it. I don't know about how things work in Australia, but in the United States, you might have been eligible for various lemon laws and they would have to have bought the car back from you, especially if you keep taking it in over and over again for the same problem. I can't go into details here in this little space. But, perhaps they have something like that for you in your country.
