women with a mustache?

Why do some women have a mustache ? Do you know why? I wonder why there were some women with a mustache. I have a friend with a mustache she is with a light complexion so the mustache really noticeable. She is very ashame of what she have so she consulted a doctor about it. The doctor say that it was a hormonal imbalance. So my friend really don't have any solution to her problem. Some guy friends tease her to one of the boys because she got a mustache and she really felt embarassed. And everytime someone will look at her face and notice that mustache it felt akward and embarrased? Do you have a suggestion on how to deal with that mustache? Or have to deal with it when you are on that situation?
