how to make a good resume

i would want to resign from my job real soon. I would want to be a nurse in another country.I would like to ask help from you all on what to do so that my resume will be enticing to the employers so that i will get a good paying job out there. thanks for the help :)

The most important thing is you have got to be honest, but you can polish your cv as well. The resume is have to be good not only to attract employer but also as preparation for interview since the question most probably will be generated from our resume.. I suggest to apply job before you resign since it will be more attractive than become unemployment status..have a nice job hunting..

hello omchesunche! thank you for the advice. i have not resigned yet and yes i will be loong for a jobfirst before i will. it is difficult to be unemployed and have no money these days. thank you also, i did not realize that things that i put on my cv will also be the sources of the interview questions. happy mylotting!

You could just make a profile on Jobstreet.com. Make sure you include your credentials and complete work experience. Add a picture and take the English language proficiency test you'll find among the info boxes below in your profile.

thank you so much for the information max. i will go take a look at that english proficiency test you mentioned so that i can include it on my resume. i dont quite have a lot of credentials yet but i will be enrolling myself to graduate school soon.

Hi katrinapaz :) So you plan of working abroad? The resume is the primary tool a job applicant must have. And to get good results, a better resume will be needed. As fr your resume, I advice you to just keep it simple and straight. Simple means you don't have to bring in some decorative words just to make your resume look long. Keep it straight so that employers can easily see your skills and potential. Highlight whatever strength you think you have. Happy job hunting overseas! :)
