For a long time I would just like to lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming simply fascinates me.
I would be surprised if it comes in a different way to lucid dreaming than writing down every day his own dreams. I'm frankly just too lazy to carry around every day, scribbling on a sheet of morning. I am looking to learn a spontaneous method to it, and would be very happy with a detailed instruction or guidance on another website.

I personally think this is a lucid dream. If you want to follow your dreams, speak them into a machine. Like maybe your smart phone and save them for later. A lucid dream is just that, lucid. It is not real and can never be real. I saw the movie Vanilla Sky also. We all want to escape sometimes, I should know that better then anyone. But, we all live in reality and we have to make the best of it.

Nonsense, you do not need a dream journal.
You just have to consciously think about every day and imagine, what would you do if you have a lucid dream.
Instead of writing down your dreams, try to remember to always prefer them to get up every day after thoroughly analyzing your dreams. Perhaps you discover patterns that you can later identify the dreams, and thus realize you are dreaming.
Moreover, many say, one should pay attention to clocks, television, books and stuff, if you are dreaming, because the numbers Change customer / images / letters in a dream almost constantly and have a relationship. So you can then also realize that you're dreaming.
Another trick is to turn every day to several times the question "am I dreaming?" - Then it is likely that you ask yourself this question in a dream and thus turn on your consciousness.
If you then realize you're in a dream that you dream, you try to rotate in a circle, otherwise you often wake up again quickly.
Enjoy it.

Dream diary
A dream journal is a must. Think of a book or a text document on your computer where you write down your dreams you. You can also use a dictaphone. The dream diary serves important functions, firstly it increases your ability to remember you dreams, and secondly it allows you, find your "dream character" or recognize (objects, situations, people in your immediate environment). "Dream signs" are extremely useful in the attainment of consciousness about the dream (to be discussed later in the course).
Sorry, but there it is.
