Bad posture is ever more becoming a dilemma for more and more people today. One good reason for it may be the fact that a lot of people are hooked over computers all the time. They work in face of a computer, and they also spend spare time in front of a computer as they visit social networking sites or play online games. Bad sitting position can lead to back pains, the most familiar effect of bad posture in general. To cure the situation, one can make a mindful effort to sit straight when working at the computer, get the finest office chair that support good posture, and if back pain is experienced, try out yoga, stretching and back pain workout.

Actually that is my problem. When I am in the comfort of my home, I work on line by sitting in the bed and slouching. I do not sit straight. I do have a study table but I am to lazy to sit there and use the table and chair so that I can comfortably sit and work for long hours. I experienced back pain all the time and I have my younger brother to massage it a the end of the day. I admit I do not have a good posture when sitting in the office before. When I started working I am focus on it, not truly aware that I am slouching. I only remember it if there is a topic like this, or if I will get back pains while working. It is not good to have a back pain. For me having a back pain is like a tooth aching. It affects me big time. I research anything about posture in regards with your topic and as I am replying this one I have to tell you I am sitting straight. I have no idea if I can continue sitting like this until later.

Yes, poster can be a dilemma. I am a woman who is very well indowed on top and my posture suffers because of it or them. I must remember to straighten up. When I was exercising daily and had a trainer she would tell me to practice straightening and balancing one leg and then the other to help with my balance and to begin to strengthen my core. When you strengthen your core your back is stronger and able to stay straighter.

hi, posture is very important because if we have correct posture we can avoid having pain in our body especially our back, the first part of our body who easily get tired and get pain due to not good posture we have during in the front of computer or in our work.thats why the first thing we have to correct is our posture.
