Power of Endurance of Women....amazing !!

We all must agree that women have incredible power of endurance,exceptions will always be there among men folk as well and I am in no way being biased . Till now I have not done anything for which I can demand a credit but I want to relate two true stories I have seen with my own eyes .
One incident is that of a couple who got married quite young . Wife 18 years and husband 20 years . They were happy for five years and had 3 girl babies . At the age of 25 years the man met with a terrible accident and got paralysed . He was completed bed-ridden . His business had to be closed down and after a lot of treatment he could only sit on the wheel chair . The lady one handedly looked after him . Could not even appoint a nurse for financial constraints. Nursed him, cleared his urine bag,cooked,looked after the children and stitched overnight to earn . 30 years passed . Three girls have got married and all out of the country. They help their parents financially . She still continues to nurse and take care of him . She says even though I have money now but I love to take of him . Hats off to her !
Second incident is that of a couple who came to know that life was not so easy for them after a week of their marriage . Husband was detected with Cancer . Their honeymoon was to some far away specialised hospital . She is there with him for last 3 years . Chemo-therapy and radiation continues . He had some brain operation as well . No one is there by her side . She has no regrets . Some charitable organisation and benevolent people helping them . She smiles always and believes that God gave her opportunity to show him her true love . A big salute to her !

Thanks for sharing that. Women are really amazing, and I think most men knows that. I guess the best example of women having the ability to endure things is being able to give birth. Only a woman will understand the difficulties every mother went through from the start of pregnancy up giving birth and it still last right until the children get married and have their own family.

Thank you so much Fragab . I agree with you the most extraordinary instance of the power of endurance of women is the ability to give birth .Actually women are specially gifted by God with this power . I am awe-stricken by this power of endurance of these women .

i am so grateful that you shared these stories here in mylot. they are amazing stories. you are so lucky to witness these stories unfold before your eyes. i truly believe that women are special creation. they bear the greatest challenges and overcome them. they have extraordinary endurance and resilience that are second to none and can not be paralleled by men. i salute them for that.
