A cat nap in the office

I just got up from a few minutes cat nap in the office after lunch while waiting for the afternoon office hour duty at 1:00. I tell you, I am rejuvenated after a four hours straight work in the morning. The zapped morning energy that I had due to work is now invigorated. How about you, do you take a cat nap too?

I don't take a cat nap at the office, because if i do, i might wake up at 2:00 p.m., i might get a memo for it. 
However, some of my office mates do.
Actually, i don't like to get a short nap. I only take a nap on Saturday afternoon after our half day at the office. I would sleep from 3:00 to 6:00 in the evening. That truly rejuvenates me too.

Sleep is almost my god. It is the healing time. Sleep makes everything better! For me, anyway. Yes I adore cat naps. I find that taking such a nap improves my mood and enables me to go on. If I have a headache, this is often the cure. Working straight for many hours is a drain, but a nap break allows one to work several hours more. :)
