a lot of jogging or there is a better sport?

hi. So I'm actually really happy to jog, jog it only helps to lose weight or improve endurance? Is there perhaps a better-looking sport, you can do similar spontaneous and without much expensive Equipment?

I'm sorry, I am not sure what you mean by "better looking." Jogging and running are good for fat loss because they are high-intensity aerobic exercises, meaning they get your heart rate going so your metabolism increases which enables your body to continue to burn excess calories even a few hours after the workout is finished. You could get these benefits with any type of cardio exercise, and remember that at least 30 minutes of cardio is essential in order to get rid of fat in those stubborn places (if you have any, that is). You need to find an intensity you can handle for at least that period of time. It should be pretty easy to talk yet at the same time you shouldn't be able to belt out a song. As your body adapts, gradually increase your intensity and try to push yourself a little further each time you do it. This will improve your endurance. You might look into something like step aerobics. All you need is something about a stair step in height that can support your weight. This has the benefits of aerobic exercise without having to purchase expensive machines. If you have access to a pool or bicycle, bicycling or swimming are good endurance exercises. you can make exercises such as sit-ups or just turn on music and wild dancing going on it ... that really helps remove the ... but of course you then you must not equal then a chocolate bar stuck in his mouth, because then it was all in vain ... good luck

Running(jogging) is High intensity exercise. I read an article about aerobics exercises. Aerobics exercise is that one in which most parts of body included. These are good for weight loose and heart. Top 5 aerobics exercises are: Skeeping(rope), walking, running, cycling and swimming. So may try other four also. Have a good day.....

Maybe you can try Badminton. It is quite inexpensive compared to other sports and it is sure to keep your body moving. I don't know what you mean about better looking sport, but if you like something more similar to jogging, then try out running. I think there are a lot of marathons and fun runs conducted. I'd say the better looking sport is swimming and it surely will exercise your whole body and improve your lungs and stamina. Plus, you get to wear those nice swimming suits at that.
