newly promoted as manager!

As an employee we are doing our best to show it to the management that we are competitive enough for their business. But there are some get promoted and some are not. Lucky for those who gets promotions, but there is one thing i have noticed of some of them. Their heads get big and they are abusing their powers over thier staff. They even threat thier staff and telling ur just at tip of my ballpen. Imagine u manipulate ur staff? Tsk tsk tsk why they have to be like that? What do you think about it?

This happens everywhere, and one good example in in government offices and politics. There are just people who gets blinded by their power turning their values to trash. They will meet justice at one point of their life or the afterlife.

yes, it happens. When an employee gets promoted as a manager, he/she starting abusing powers (not all managers), this should not be done, as the company may lose its good employees.

All managers should encourage staff. But we must not be manipulated. However, when the important work we have to trust and respect.; most importantly we can be unique and unique, and thus receive and congratulations. remember and teamwork. nice day!

People will become self-confeited as soon as they get a promotion. We are human beings, we all make mistakes. Forgive them.
