I have a Question though, Does the Torpedo explode when hits or does it have a Detonation timer?
Could be a prank though. This actually Happened on a destroyer when they try to launch a torpedo and then 1/4 of it only came out not sliding it all down the water. One of the person on board was like "What the heck?! 
Anyways, You'd be the judge what do you think?

Hello Tigeraunt, Torpedo getting stuck with the tube launcher? oh, what's not good at all. but i guess they know what they're doing though. the guy who swear probably had no clue that would happen. i hope the torpedo wasn't armed. Have a nice day.

when it hits or it can be detonated by the person who fired it. When a torpedo comes close to a ship the person who fired it knows where it is so before it even miss(or if it misses) it's target it can be detonated to produce damage to the target. But still a direct hit will produce devastating effect on a target ship.
