Regret or Grateful?

If you were born from the parents who are poor, do you regret, or if you were born of wealthy parents, would you be grateful?

hello, If you are selfish you will be feel regret if you are poor because of your parents. but for me that is not an issue at all as long as I am happy and contented with my life.
