Apple has successfully banned the sale of samsung latest galaxy tab 10.1 in Germany.
apple has earlier done this with samsung in many Europe countries. though the Germany govt. has not even compared technologies of both the companies but the German high court has just taken a look of the patent filed by the apple.inc in European union.

Oh, let the tablet wars begin! Personally, I like the Android run Samsung galaxy better. I hear Apple is filing a suit against Samsung in Japan this time. tsk tsk.

Apple is acting like they own the tablet technology. They sued Samsung because apparently, the Galaxy Tab copied iPad. They even went to "photoshopping" an image of the Galaxy Tab just to make it look like the iPad. And its not just Samsung, they're also files a lawsuit against HTC.
