Simple methods and can be observed for all people. Still, by knowing all these things also, people won't care about it till they get affected by BP. Once gone to doctor and they advise take tablets and medicines, they will be ready to spend money for all these. But as a preventive measure if we can take care of all these things we can always try to keep away from all kind of deceases. In deed this is good information , I have the opposite problem . I am always showing low blood pressure . Its easy to bring it up though than for someone that has to bring theirs down .
