"PEOPLE WHO DON"T USE THEIR BLINKERS!"

I hate when I'm at a stop and I want to turn but the person thats coming doesn't put a blinker so I end up having to wait for them to turn and then I have to turn and continue driving. Or I hate when someone just gets infront of me without putting a blinker! I always use my blinker, and I wish everyone else would always use it too. So does anyone else hate when people don't use them?
