Who are David's two remaining "patients"

There has been a lot about one being Babe and maybe it will turn out that way. I've started thinking that the other might be Stewart. After all everyone loved Stewart so he would even fit for David hinting to Erica that someone she cared about might still be alive. Now David has given the information to Dr. Castille so he can continue to treat them and keep them alive. But JR saw what was going on and is having him followed; will JR come rushing in and interrupt things so that one or both die?

I think one is Babe as for the other one not sure who it could be. Maybe Trevor Amanda's dad time will tell who it is. I am so sad that this show is going off.

I doubt if it would be Trevor since he would not have as big an impact on the show and he was frozen in a freezer for a long time after Amanda's mother killed him.

I saw the actor who plays him on The Bold and the Beautiful when I got a brief glimpse of that show that I don't watch after the news on the same station.
