There are 5000 of them in a lake in Aguas del Nrte and they have been eating the livestock of the peod even harming the residents.. Which one should we prioritize more? The animals or the people?

I don't think they should be held captive, since they can't really capture all the thousands of crocodiles living in that area...I am against hurting or killing them too. But then if we had to choose between the people and the animals, maybe the people should be chosen first..

There are 5000 crocodiles? Do you think people can move 5000 crocodiles? I reckon it's more convenient just to migrate the livestock because moving and caging the crocodiles is simply too much work. We shouldn't interfere with other animals' habitats as well, it's really our fault, not the crocodiles. It's not like they moved to be near the livestock, we moved the livestock there so therefore they get eaten. It's better just to move the livestock somewhere not near snapping predators. Who wants to live near 5000 crocodiles?

Yes, I guess too that the tasks will be easier if the family living near the lake will be the one to leave the place. This lake is home of these crocodiles so it's just right to leave them be.And besides putting them in cage3 is not an assurance that they will survive.

I believe that the crocodiles were there first. No person would want to live near 500 crocodiles. I know in Florida if an alligator gets in a person's swimming pool experts come and move it. However I have traveled to the Northern Territory in Australia. There I saw crocodiles of all different sizes. The small ones looked sweet but the largest ones could have been dangerous. If the Australian government wanted to move 500 crocodiles from Queensland to the Northern Territory then I think it would be a big and very pricey job. Experts would be involved with that very challenging project. They should speak with the experts in Australia to find out how to move the crocodiles or how to put up fences to protect the people. I hope that the crocodiles survive and the people find a way to stay safe.

Yes, it's a fact that the crocodiles are their first and they have adapted to the place which they considered as their haven. Due to increasing population people begin to looked for a place where they can earned their livelihood. And this place is near the river where fish is abundant and others that could earn them a living. I think the local officials have already asked the help of experts in making a lagoon like cage where to put these captured crocs.

Yes, go ahead and live there but don't bother the crocs. Unless you plan on eating them, but then don't be surprised if they bite back from time to time.

Yes, I think the folks who prefers to stay near the river knew the dangers beforehand. So they stayed there at their own risk.

Yes, I do agree on that idea but I think we have a problem too. Because our population have been increasing rapidly and the land area is not, so most people explored places. And some of theses laces are home for some wild animals like these crocodiles. And this waters were abound with aquatic livelihood where some people find useful for them. So we can not blame them if they prefer to stay there and disregard the treats of being attack by crocs.

Yeah, I guess with the lives of the people being endanger by these crocodiles so they must be killed. But to the concerned authorities thinking of the ecological balance of all living organisms on earth thought differently. For the common folks the best solutions is to suppress the treat.

Yes, if ever these wild crocs are given freedom there must be a place especially for them like a sanctuary free from the treats of man.
