It's hard..

I have always been a big eater. I eat a lot! I can devour a 20 inch yellow cab pizza while watching tv, i can eat a bucket full of chicken with 12 pieces without trying or needing to get a sip of water. Im an eater Im a big eater. so for the past few months Ive been in and out of diet regimens and the only thing I seem to maintain is eating veggies and fruits everyday, because there yummy but I still eat a lot of carbs and those greasy stuff, but anyway everyday is a struggle and everyday there is hope one unhealthy meal removed as youre favourite a day is a success but I need more so hope I can do it before it's too late...

You know the trick to eating less of those pizzas and chicken? Share them to other people! Haha! you would be so into talking to your friends that you won't mind them eating a part of your meals too. Avoid restaurants or food chains where you see those unhealthy food, especially fast food joints, they are one of the biggest silent killers ever been created. I was a big eater but I did well in cutting half of my carb intake. meat is okay because that is protein but don't eat too much of it. Eating fruits and vegetables a lot would be great, they are healthy and they can detoxify your body, keep that up. Find some way to do some physical activities, best to do it with other people whose company you enjoy.

Hey there aja, Well right now i had been back in the gym but not as much as before i think i will make sure to workout atleast 3 days in a week i really love to get that sexy body by the end of the year it is one of my goals, anyway thanks for the tip and yeah food is good but in the right amount, take care now.

If you want to diet then you should drink a glass of water before every meal, or have soup together with your lunch/dinner, because liquids will help make your stomach feel fuller. Try to brush your teeth after every meal as well because it will help curb your desire to eat desserts afterwards :)

Wow i think i have heard or read about this tips before well i think they are all effective and i think i have tried them before but never really stuck with them anyway i will try my hardest to do so in the future starting today.

Wow that is alot of food. I get bored when im eating and dont want the same thing over and over after each nite so i barely ever finish just eating one piece of chicken and fried chicken is one of my favorite things to eat too. I just cant even picture eating all that food within a week and it would take me a very long time. I suggest walking at night around the block before the sun goes down to try and start loosing weight. It would be a start and then gradually start doing other things as well like running in place amd jumping jacks and i wish you the best of luck.

Hey there lologirl well right now i had been in the best weight that i have ever been but i think i can do better i will try to be more in the gym as much as possible and i will workout but keep it 3 days in a week so as not to burn my self out, thanks lologirl.
