It's Never Too Late to Become Who You Might Have Been

I heard this line from a movie about Alzheimer's that I watched about 2 years ago (cant remember the title) and whenever I remember my childhood dreams this line comes back to me. I kind of feel motivated by it but lost at the same time because now I dont know if my childhood dream is still what or who I want to be.
Anyway, I believe this line has some truth in it so I keep it locked a way somewhere in my mind. How about you? do you have any sayings that stays with you all the time? Like a motto or something like that.

Here is a quote from Robert Browning :
Grow old along with me
The best is yet to be
The last of life
For which the first was made.
