Should best buy focus on customers' wants?

From some financial report, Best Buy sales just keep on dropping quarter by quarter, what is wrong in the picture? I thought ever since Circuit City is gone, Best Buy is the only "King" in the electronic retail. I guess, things has changed too. I noticed that some customers might walk in the store and ask a few questions regarding to the products they interested in, then they will shop somewhere else. Maybe Best Buy should less focus on expanding their store size, and switching on Online sale forum to increase their sales online. Also, they should focus on more on what customers' wants and needs. I guess that is the basic 2 elements they should focus on to boost up their sales.

I agree with you. Every time I go to Best Buy I have noticed that they are always pushing the sale items even when someone is looking at something else. Also, they do not know the products very well. I think Best Buy should learn a thing or two from Apple. When you walk into an Apple store there are people there that can help you with any problem you have and help you with intense knowledge on any product that you are looking to buy. They are well trained and know the products inside and out. Best Buy needs to cater to the customer and the customers needs and wants.

The problem is that Best Buy sells their products at a high prize. Also they don't have weekly good sales that they usually have while Circuit City was still running. If the drop their prizes and give good sales, I'm sure their sales would go back up. They better do something cause I see that hhgregg is moving up fast. I've been seeing a lot of hhgregg commercials than Best Buy commercials.
