nowadays, millions of people have realized that health has become the first must in their lives. therefore, many people have a plan to exercise regularly to be healthy. for me, I usually do some morning exercises to build my body. and of course my favorite one is body-building, that is, to strengthen my muscles. I am on the way and have a strong body. nothing is more important than health. so do you have a regular excise to keep fit?

I don't have a special kind of regular exercise to keep fit, but in most cases I walk to and off work every day if I have enough time to get to work. Otherwise I ride to work. Sometimes, not always I walk with my wife and friends on the track fields for about an hour or more. It depends on my time management. To keep fit is really important for us to do a good job and to enjoy our life.

Everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It spends me about half an hour. I already regard it as my daily exercises. Besides, usually we will go out to have outdoor activities when it is not raining in the weekends. So you can see I don't have to go to the gym to do the exercises. I feel it is boring there.

That's right. Regular exercise is good for the body. The most I can do nowadays is to brisk-walk or run very early in the morning (when the weather is good). But, when I am in the mood and I have time, I like to do yoga. Sometimes I also like dancing. I used to go to the gym, but, I stopped. I think I had wasted enough money on that because I'd be paying the dues but I don't go very often. Running is clearly the best choice for me.

I exercise everyday too. Every morning I stretch do a few sets. In the evenings I exercise again which is a bit more intense than the morning ones. My main targets are my arms and abs. It hurts but i still do it

I exercise everyday. I scheduled it that every other day, I would do push-ups and then the next day, sit-ups along with some weight-lifting routines. I can now do 200 push-ups and 400 sit-ups, though I don't do it in one set. I'm planning to start a cardio routine every other morning. I want to have at least 4-packs abs at the minimum. :D
