Recently, I came across a term called HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) and after reading about it and googling it, I found that it could be the first weather control weapon on earth.
I am sure, you will be amazed to know that Nikola Tesla (no doubt the best scientist ever on this planet) had invented Earthquake machine in 1898.

If they will be successful in controlling the weather, then maybe it will be one of the greatest weapon. However,I'm still skeptic that they do for now.Morover,if that machine is existing now, they should use it in a good purpose but if they will use it for mass destruction and decrease the earth's population, then that makes Nikola Tesla the worst scientist ever.We all have rights to live, and not just be controlled by conspiracies by idiots who believe they are superior than others.

Hi kareemadivina,
HAARP is confirmed to exist on earth and even if they claim that they are using it only for understanding the ionosphere, I don't think so and neither will anyone else who knows the recent history of the earthquakes, tsunamis and hurricanes.
As far as Nikola Tesla is concerned, he is a god like scientist, he was the one who invented Alternative Current and I don't need to explain you the essence of AC in our daily life.
Nikola Tesla did all these things to help mankind but these people are no doubt misusing it.

and prism laser are the opposite to a tesla coil invention...
you could see that too on a pc game "Command and Conquer: Generals"
