my ipod get stock

i dnt knw why my ipod is acting up it get stuck on me some time i dnt knw what to do with it when it do that my keybroad is the one that is all now how can i fix that

i think some viruses are there.if u try to format your i-pod it vl b ok.but i don't know how to fix up ur keyboard.just go to any service centre
