This may be a better way for wwe to get new wrestlers

Many fans have been complaining cos wwe dont hire some people who were working their butt off in the independent wrestling scene that much anymore, There is a complain about hiring fitness models with no wrestling experience and call them Divas and have a little training for like a year or 2 and make them champions while the real female wrestlers are turned into jobbers,
It seemed like the case for male wrestlers too, a lot of the newly hired are Body builders, football players and male models with no wrestling experience and they were trained for like a year or 2 and be pushed over the real wrestlers.
Well they still hire real wrestlers but there is a huge focus with looks over talent now.
Models turned Wrestlers botches a lot, Football players turned wrestlers botches too,

This idea pops out of my head. Okay I understand, they love hiring good looking people but they were painful to watch if they were sloppy on the ring.
This may sound controversial but this could be the best way to produce a good looking wrestler than hiring models, how about train some children who have the looks they were looking for,by the time they were 18 years old they were good enough to perform in the ring, by the time they were years old, they might already achieved the look they were looking for. a person trained from a young age will always be better athletes.
Thats how wrestlers were trained in Japan and Mexico.
