In business, they have what is called "Entrepreneurial Intuition" or the hunch of a possible successful business. When an entrepreneur enters into a new venture with a very positive hopes with it, then later become successful... they tell us that it is partly because of entrepreneurial intuition aside of course with a good study plan. An entrepreneur is always ready to grasp an opportunity when they come and to invest his money is like gambling on it. You'll never knew what it will takes you, no matter how you prepared for it, things could go wrong along the way. Businessmen do trust their instinct too and do wish that their luck would do the magic. That's why a successful businessman could be regarded as "Midas" or the king which everything he touches becomes gold or having a "green thumb" that every plant that he planted grows naturally.
Enterpreneurs could sense even only from the mere "business idea" if it is going to succeed or not. A business site or location, though there are basic necessity for it's success, enterpreneurs also trust their good vibes or instinct before they even build the structure. What are your opinion regarding this?
