Why are people still doing this when it will only embarrass them?

First off I wanna say whatever floats your boat I'm not trying to judge anyone but why would a person risk it when it will only embarrass them and make them cry if there found in the future or posted online?
There are so many people who still enjoy texting pictures of themselves and video taping themselves topless or doing other things that should be kept private my goodness! I recently saw a court show where a girl was suing her ex boyfriend over some nude pics he had taken of her before they broke up, and in the show the girl was visibly upset, and embarrass because her ex bo had posted the photos on the net and refused to take the photos down and return them to her
While I was watching I couldn't help but think why did she allow her boyfriend to take such photos it makes no sense this is the age of Internet, and she should have known the risk, I just don't get how anyone could feel so comfortable to allow such personal photos to be taken and then be surprised and shocked later when the pics appear online.
Well why do you think people still take provocative pics with there friends or boyfriends girlfriends knowing that the pics are forever and they could end up online or text to their frenemies?

Maybe, that some people are doing things like that because they are not been in the situation to be embarrass. For sure, if they've been in that embarrassing situation they will not do it again. Hmmmmm... that's what we called "experience". They said it's the best teacher... huh! I think they're right.
As we go through experiences, we should learn our lesson. In this, we'll be a better person. ... it's so hard to be a better person if we'll go through like this embarrassing experience huh.

Hey there i understand what you mean, but most of the time it's because they want to make their boyfriend happy. I understand, like they think it's their boyfriend for them they see it as "there's nothing wrong about it,he's my boyfriend" when they allow themselves i don't think they take a moment to think about future consequences or maybe they believe nothing like that will happen to them.
Teens are inexperienced and they really take what parents say about being careful. I knew one of my friends took some pictures of herself exposing and send it through picture message to her boyfriend- she thought it was cool getting her boyfriend turned on and happy. Then later he forward the picture to his friends and end it up in her message inbox. She broke up with him and he got in trouble but it was too late everyone had seen those pictures.
It is really sad hearing so many stories like that, now a days you don't know who you can trust, but i still believe no person should risk themselves like that so they won't be embarrassed later on.
