That dream must have been sparked by that noise which he heard coming from the window in his room. The noise must have managed to get into his nerves. His second level of awareness has lodged it into his brain - a certain kind of fear -and thus, the agitation turns into a dream by the time he fell asleep.

Hey...A good night's sleep is something that every person wishes for. And it is very important for every person to have atleast 8 hours sleep so that he wakes up in a fresh and joyful mood. If a person sleeps well in the night, he'll feel less stressed and tireless when he wakes up after a tiring day. It usually happens that whatever a person goes through during the day, and thinks about almost the whole time, he gets something realted to that in his/her dream. So this is what happened with you. Especially if we go through creepy n scary incidents, we get horrible nightmares. So to avoid this, before sleeping we should relax ourself and meditate. And a good way of meditating is yoga. Or else instead of practicing yoga before going to bed, you can actually drink water, take a deep breath if you are scared, so that your fears fade away and woudn't have to see those nightmares. Or you could even do something you like. If you like listening to music, before sleeping listen to music and dance to the groove, so that you feel better. :)

It is not rare for teenagers to stay late and surfing online. Surely, the habit is not good to our health. We had better go to bed in time. I don't many dreams now, let alone nightmares. According to the scientist, those wo have dream at night are not less healthy than the average. So you needn't to worry about your nightmares. Just arrange your time properly and you will have a happy and healthy life.

You've been thinking of the creepy noise too much it followed you even in your dreams.
Sometimes when we think of something too much, it goes into our subconscious and turn into a nightmare.
HOpe it won't happen to you again. Sleep tight.

You had a bad night. To all of us this happens once in a while. The worst dream that i can remember to have happened to me is that one which went on a marathon.
I cannot recall anymore what the dream was all about. But, it is still fresh in my mind that it is one that I was fearful of. I tried my best to be awakened so as to be able to put it to a stop. And so, I did awaken.
I got up, got seated at the dining table for some minutes and took a cool glassful of water from the fridge. My goodness! I had a continuation of that dream!
So I got awakened again and never had the courage to go back to sleep anymore.
But, here is the clincher. As I slept the following night, I dreamed of the continuation of that dream where I had cut it off by never going back to sleep again the previous night. This went on for about a week despite having related the incident to my mother, and my brothers and sisters. That is such a weirdo train set of dreams which came to me by episodes, night after night.
And I had no experience yet about such things of tv shows coming in by episodes. There was no tv yet in our house. The television was still new in the market and my parents never prioritized buying one then so it was not influenced by something which i had seen.

I am sure these noises that you were hearing have a logical explanation.
Do not let you mind be open to seeing what is really not there. You are going to spook yourself out more than needed.
I hate having bad dreams because then I have to wait a few minutes before I fall back asleep to assure that that dream has passed. If I go back to sleep to soon then I slip right back into that same dream right where I left off!

What a bad night...:(
We cannot avoid this to happen sometimes.
The worst thing is,it happens when we are too tired and we really need more time to sleep and these disturbances came in random.
That's too irritating and so bad really.
I wish you will have a good sleep tonight.
have a good day
