I wrote a few poems for yahoo's contributor network. Will we i.e. international writers, get paid /thousand views? I would like to know about it because a lot of mylotters write for AC as it was previously known. Should I continue writing there and is it affected by the panda update?

You won't be paid if you are non US resident. However, you could post your work on this site.

thanks dpk, I now realise that time spent on mylot is more worthy than writing months for triond or other sites.

You are very right that mylot is the best bet. I found triond one of the useless sites, I wonder how people earn there.

Hi Sreekutty, you will not get paid from Associated Content, unless you apply for and get accepted into Featured Contributor program. If you want to write for money, you have to write practical articles, that means writing about health, taking care of pets, and finance subjects. No point writing poems and short stories.
