Hi-tech or Lo-tech?

Do you prefer to write hi-tech or lo-tech? That is, do you prefer to use the computer to compose your writings or a pen(cil) and paper? I find the computer to be faster - I can type faster than I can write - and more comfortable for long periods of composition - my hands tend to cramp up after handwriting more than a page or two. But sometimes my ideas flow easier through the pencil and paper.
