We got lost looking for an address, but it was interesting along the way.

Ugh, that was interesting, our little trip to find the forklift training facility. When we finally got up to the street we were to turn onto, there was a cop blocking the road. I wasn't sure that we'd be able to go down the street, but then the cop moved off and we were able to go. We were having a hard time finding the place, I couldn't remember the address of the building we were going to, so we drove slowly. Up the street, we found that we couldn't go any farther, there was another cop car and a fire truck blocking the road. We looked past them and saw why they were there. A tractor trailer had knocked a hydro pole right out of the ground and the pole was resting on the cab of the truck. The wires were hanging around it as well. Pulled a u-turn and went elsewhere, and figured out how to get there from the other end. When we came back, the top of the road was blocked, so we decided to walk down from a parking lot. We walked right by the truck, still trying to find where we were going, but not having much luck. We finally found the place, but it was closed, so we started walking back to the van. As we walked up the street, hydro trucks were passing us, and another fire truck blew past us. I saw a white plume of smoke, and when we rounded the bend, the trailer was smoking. We walked closer and saw the fire fighters throwing stuff out of the trailer, still smoking. We realized that it was paper products that were in the truck. It wasn't fully loaded thankfully, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Unfortunately the photos I have are of poor quality, I had to take pictures of the pictures on my phone as I can't upload them. What an exciting little trip we had today.
