What do you think is the mystery behind Claudine's rage when she went to the bank?
If her money was withdrawn, then who withdrew it since it is a joint account?
Come to think about it.

If it is a joint account but is an "and/or" account, then anybody of the signatories in the bank account can withdraw it. But if it is a joint account but is an "and" account , then the two signatories' signatures should appear in order that it can be withdrawn.
So, maybe Claudine was enraged at the bank , because their joint account was withdrawn, without her knowledge. However, if it's an "and/or"account, then she has no right to get angry.

The news about this is in below's link ;

It appears that there is truth to the rumor, because Randy said that Raymart will soon air his side.

yes its a joint account, they say there are two ways to withdraw money to a joint account.
1.) if the joint account will agree that raymart(or)claudine that means anyone of two can withdraw even raymart himself or claudine herself alone.
2.) if the joint account will agree that raymart(and) caludine that means they need raymart and claudine signature to withdraw money.
so we don't know what kind of joint account they were agreed, because claudine baretto have no official statement, so we cannot blamed anyone of them, but i saw the claudine baretto video that been shouting that the bank is stealling her money worth million pesos, i think she cannot accept that maybe raymart santiago will get it without her permission so there is problem between raymart and claudine. raymart is the only suspect in this problem if you think of it because he is the husband and this is a joint account, its a fact that if you have savings account and your married you and your husband/wife is the only person that will join to your account, am i right ?

Oh thank you for the link to the said news. I only heard about the news of the separation last night but i was already half asleep then.
Well I think If it was a joint account, then it is only Raymart who is allowed to withdraw money from it. I remember this happening to my mom before with her and my dad's joint account.
What happened was that my dad had another woman and well when he left us, first thing he did was to withdraw the money from their account. weeks later my mom went in to get money and found out there was nothing in it already.

As of the moment I don't want to judge that fast. Though I don't know anything about the law when it comes to joint account. But I could only assume if Claudine's part would be winnable because it is a joint account. I didn't realized that she is already separated with Raymart.
