Every time when I send an email to my customer, I will always end up with the sentence of you are really welcomed to visit our company. but today my collegue (she used to be my english teacher during middle school)pointed that sentence is not right.but I think it's a passive voice in grammar.what do you think ?? right or wrong???

Hi friend Lightrain. I will give you a couple of alternatives. I am guessing this was not a personal call to business premisses. In finishing off your email don't use the word welcome instead use the following : Thank you for visiting our company, please call again. If you want to invite some one to visit your business premisses in person, please say : You are very welcome to visit our company. Hoping this helps sorry to disappoint a very grand effort.

I think it's wrong. Is the idea of your sentence is to tell your client that they are welcome to visit your company again? If yes, you should not write the word welcome in past tense.
