How many Indian ladies watch star plus serials or local serials on TV?

I love to watch TV shows in Hindi ever since the television was first introduced. I lovd Hum log, Buniyaad, Nukkad and other shows like Surabhi. I now love to watch star plus serials- the comedies like sasural genda phool because it has a touch with reality unlike other fantasy tales on the same channel. My question to all-does not depend where you are, do you like to watch serials aka soaps in TV?

Yeah i do like some local serials. But some people like my grand maa see all the serials in our local channel. When ever i go to her we will be irritated with those serials all the evenings every day. If we changes the channel she will scold us very much.. When ever i think about these serials immediately i will remember my scoldings with my grand maa..

same here, our relatives are also like that. They are very much interested in serials that they do not want to be disturbed and they wont even get up from seeing the TV
