Has headache ever made you rant already? What caused it?

Last summer, the common complaint was the ferocious heat. For so many times the words "so hot" can't escape my ears. I even wish that person who says its so hot turn out to be a hot person himself but oh well. Just recently my uncle's wife complained she was having a headache adding that she does not know why. So can I ask if you have been annoyed by headache and do you know what caused your headache? The greatest migraine of my life happened sometime in my teens but nowadays I am headache free. But still there are people who just can't seem to get headaches away. Ever know why? Thanks

I think lack of sleep can cause headache and having a too much caffeine can greatly add for having a migraine. I am a low blood too so whenever I lack of sleep for sure that I will be suffer a migraine in the next day.

what makes you low blood? my mother once discovered low blood but in truth a tumor was growing big with blood which is why.

I do get headache once in a while when ever i have tensions. Deep sleep along with head massage makes me relief from headache..

In my case drinking soda keeps me headache free. They say it's my dextrose. What I like about deep sleep is that not only the headache subside but every aching part of the body. The only drawback is when a series of dreams disrupt my sleep.

I always ended up with that kind of headache if I spent alot of time on hot sun. I realized what was causing my headache and made sure that I carried an umbrella during summers. I no longer experience it anymore.

A headache usually attacks at the time the sun goes up. Even the light from the monitor can give a headache. The migraine often leave me under pain that I can't even rant about it no matter its throbbing with pain. Yep the umbrella does help a lot. Glad it works for you.
