What if all of a sudden you tend to sleep a lot and you don't have any clue how did this came to be. Youre not working more than you used too, youre not more tired, you don't sleep later than you're regular bedtime, and yet lately you do sleep earlier and wake-up later and later and you want more time to sleep. What do you do? Do you just sleep it off? Go to a doctor?, What do you do?

It is kind of strange that i feel dizzy and if i go to bed late and i feel pretty sleepy the next day.But otherwise,i went to bed early,i still feel sleepy the next day.Maybe it's because i need a few consecutive day to have a good rest.Working days are indeed tired.Just try to eat good and rest more.lol

Lately, I sleep more than I used to be, and I wonder why. Maybe I am outright lazy, and I just not doing hard work lately. Actually, I look at the mirror lately, and discover that I am gaining weight. Yeah, I am getting fat, and that is disgusting. I should sleep less, drink less soda, and work out more often.
