Repercussion of Sophia's decision

It is totally expected that there will be strike under Bobby's leadership in Toy Company. Because the greediness is one effect of Bobby's hatred towards Madam Anna. On the other hand Bobby wasn't able to follow Sophia's agreement that her employees would be taken care. Again that is also expected knowing Bobby that is becoming selfish now. I like the fact that Sophia punched Jessica as part of wake up call in real world. Sophia is right Jessica has to work hard and stand alone without other's supervision and she shouldn't rely on other's inheritance. Seems that what she wants is to project as a queen who is high maintenance. But for now what she can do or how would she want to make revenge especially for a fact that she does not know how to become a leader? I don't like Sophia when she became rude to her mother and attacking her personally especially when they are having meeting towards the Toy Company on how to handle the employees that are now in protest against Bobby. Good thing Mang Andres was a great father who was able to tell Sophia that he didn't make his daughter to become rude to the elders. It was a fast pacing that Sophia realizes she was wrong and for now she learns how to be civil.
