Getting more stress, mainly from finance

Nothing mentioned that my dentist trying to rip me off. She sent several letters that tell me my insurance won't cover partial of root canal service, and I have fork over the bill; and the third periodic cleaning won't also covered by my insurance too. Totally I owed her approximately $150. Also, now she recommend me to get a crown done since I already had a root canal service. I once again ask her to check carefully with my insurance before I actually do anything, she had her assistance called back, and the cost which out of my own pocket is $1400. On top of it, lately, my cell phone service provider, T -mobile trying to set a trap on me on charge those data usage I never used. They let people have access internet privilege, and charge them according to the data usage. Now, some weird activities on my cell phone, and it is been 2 weeks already. I don't how much they will charge me. And through dispute, they simply ignore everything I told them. They might investigate it, but unlikely they gonna do anything serious. All and all, I just stress out. I am totally burn out with those bill after bill. Gosh, I just want to dig a hole in a ground, and get rid of all those headaches.
