Wind farms and solar farms screws up radar

I just found out that wind farms and solar panel can screw up Doppler radar system. I guess a wind farm in Oregon was help up because the DoD said that it would limit their capability to see planes coming in off from the ocean.

They have just opened up a couple of wind farms here in Australia the there seems to be more concern for the health issues with these farms, the noise seems to be an issue and people are saying they are getting headaches.. there really seems to be a problem with them...
