If I was to create a blog online to show all my payment proofs would anyone be interested in this ? As it would show the sites I use to make money and will show the sites that have been paying for sometime.

I have visited several similar blogs like this before and if you are thinking of creating one, I would encourage you all the way. It will be an excellent way to drive more traffic to your site thus increasing your chance to sign up more referrals.
However do remember to exclude your vital information like your bank account numbers when you are posting your payment screen shots.Technology advancement had done a big favor to hackers nowadays.
