Instead of buying a whole bunch of things at really high prices you invest in a few high priced ones then buy a bunch of much cheaper inexpensive items for everyday use. You still spend this way but have brought it down so very much now you have a nicer budget to work with for yourself too. Do this same thing with all your purchases you make and eventually you will see your savings here too. You only need the high end things for certain events within life anyway the rest should be more casual or everyday wear and usage. Some great stores for the everyday are Walmart, old navy, dollar stores, overstock.com these are some places I recommend for both high end and everyday items. Plus, you can stay within your budget here too. thanks,A.B.

I think that's an excellent way to spend money. All of my clothes are name brand, and guess where I get them? The thrift store! I always have on nice Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle, Aeropostale, and Victoria Secret pants. I get them all at the thrift store. I just lost a lot of weight, and I'm still losing, so there is no way I'm going to spend tons of money on name brand clothes if I'm just going to shrink out of them soon! You can also buy name brand purses there for a couple of bucks.
