It's raining here too. It so cold but I force my self to the shower to freshen up before heading for work. I just wished that it rains at night but shines in the morning so that we can do our job without hassle and sleep well at nught becasue of the cold wether. LOL!

Hot broth is what we mostly crave when the weather is rainy. Maybe because of the cool atmosphere brought about by the rain. So we need something hot to warmth our body. It is therefore a natural craving during cold season. Now have you tried hototay soup. I really did not know there is such a thing but I tasted it once in a restaurant and to me it is good. Wanna try?

Hototay is actually a Chinese dish. It is a combination of meat and vegetables like pechay, carrots,mushroom and slivers of pork meat but this must be topped by up by egg as shown in the photo to make it complete. The many ingredients in this soup make it not just warming but a filling meal by itself. Actually whenever I order hototay I request to omit the pork and it is just as tasty to me.
