Help me out..there's an error!?

i am nt able to connect to internet recently on my laptop. An error msg 'unauthorised request' keeps coming. Pls help me out.

Look modem software problem to me. Try to re-install your modem software. If the message still appear after re-installing software, it mean you have virus problem.

Ooops, I forgot to tell you my reason. When you connect with internet, your provider will read your access code first (your modem software provide it to you). If your provider can't find it, it mean your access code is missing or deleted. Make sense to you ????

try to connect your internet into another desktop or laptop, if the problem is the same in your laptop its time to go in computer technician and ask for help. good luck

Need to know which server you are using and the modem? May be its a server related problem or modem problem.
