The character's appearance changes 3 times just in one episode?

Was the story continuous or did it have time jumps, alternate dream states, parallel stories, or any of the other things they use to denote the passing of time or showing character in a different light? If it was none of these then who ever filmed it should have seen there was a continuity error. Since shows are rarely filmed in sequence, they could have used a fake beard if the actor had to remove it for another show or appearance rather then have the here it is/ no it is not continuity error. At least it is the same actor, in long running soaps, sometimes they change the actors for various reasons and I find it interesting how the characters continue with the new actor in a previous role and pretend nothing has changed.

I watch House Hunters International where on each show a real estate person is supposed to show their client(s) three houses to consider buying. One one show, the female agent's clothes change from when she goes up the stairs to meet her clients to something different when she enters their apartment.
